• All Returns, Exchange and refunds are applicable in 14 days period of purchase.
• A refund is eligible 14 days from the date of purchase, only with proof of purchase found in your order confirmation email.
• Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging it came in. All products to be returned must have no marks or damages. If you have received the items in less than the best condition, then contact our customer support immediately.
• Traceable pre-paid shipping methods apply to all packages.
• If the pieces received by the customer are defected in any way.
• If the wrong item is delivered to a customer on their given address.

How to Return A Product

We are committed to get you your perfect jacket in the first go. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the first alteration free of cost.

• All returns are accepted within the 14 days’ time period after delivery. Once this timeline is over, we will not be responsible to any returns or refunds.
• Get an approval for return/exchange, simply send us email at info@hollywoodoutfit.com (within 24 hours) of receiving the parcel.
• Mention your name, order number, email address, attach photos of the product you have received and state the reason for return. Our sales representative will get back to you within 24-48 working hours to serve you in best possible way.

• Once you get the approval for return/exchange, we will provide you with our Warehouse address. Buyers are requested to send the package and share the Tracking Number.

• The customized jackets will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.
